The guys and Gal have mixed genre’s of Rockabilly/Psychobilly/Punk and Irish music to get a sound that they like to think has never been done before.

Slap bass, gruff vocals, Kickass Punk Guitar , Pounding drums and one hell of a bagpiper is what makes this band a must see band that will make your feet move and have your ears craving more.
(ex: members from, Casino Rumblers , Slim Jim Phantom trio)

Dave (Bean) Rumbler . lead vox and double bass and banjo
With Irish blood and growing up listening to all the Traditional tunes, Dave brings his own unique style and presence to punkify the surrounding area.

Gav Fisher . vox, drums, Bodhran and djembe
With his foot set firmly in Celtic roots, this lad is the bedrock of the band, keeping it steady and solid. His vocal ability is a welcome surprise.

Donna Fisher . bagpipes, vox
Been a regimental piper for many years, and now combines the stirring sounds of the Great Highland Bagpipes with punk attitude!

Kris Arendse . Guitar, mandolin and vox

Hard working and relentless determination are just two characteristics that can be attributed to Pat Capocci. Since forming nearly 10yrs ago, Pat Capocci has emerged as one of Australia’s most respected practitioners of Rockabilly and Roots music.

Growing up in the Maitland-Hunter region of New South Wales, Pat spent his early years listening to and being influenced by traditional roots music of yesteryear. At age sixteen Pat became a member of the Hunter’s very own Johnny Greens Blues Cowboys as well as the Torpedoes, and began performing at local pubs and hotels. Pat had a taste of live performance and decided to venture out and form his own band.

Many years later and with five records produced on the Presstone Label, including compilations with leading acts across Australia, he has now signed with Hollywood’s Wild Records and recorded his brand new album ‘Pantherburn Stomp’ in their studios when he visited the states in April 2014. Pat Capocci’s ‘all or nothing’ mentality has gained him respect on both a national and international level. Undoubtedly being one of Australia’s hardest working bands, it is no wonder why all ages and subcultures across the world admire the energy and passion fuelled music that is Pat Capocci.

The Cruisin’ Deuces were born out of a love of traditional Honky-tonk, Western Swing and Rockabilly music. Hailing from Sydney’s Inner West, the boys blend the southern twang of Telecasters with crying steel guitars and driving bass. The Rev. Dr. Z’s (lead guitar) soulful voice and burning solos blend with the mournful wail of the pedal steel and bring the sounds of Texas, Memphis and Nashville to Sydney for a hootenanny you’ll never forget.

Early in 1998, Chris Hayne started to put together a rockabilly combo encompassing talents from several Adelaide outfits of the time. Steve Mitchell, of Satellites fame, on double bass and Dave Bond from the Tomahawks joined Chris to form the Saucermen. They played a few gigs around town but Steve soon left to focus on The Satellites and it’s heavy touring schedule which included a world tour.

Chris soon asked Steve O’Malley, (ex Tomahawks) and Francis Macri ( ex Finger Poppin’ Daddies, Killer Instinct) to join and complete the line up in 1999. The Saucermen’s first gig was supporting The Satellites at the Governor Hindmarsh early 2000.

Very quickly the new lineup created a reputation of hard edged rockabilly with elements of punk, blues and country and were booked in many venues around Adelaide. All members had been players in the Adelaide Punk and Rockabilly scene in SA in the 80s and 90s with reputable and well attended bands. This experience and love of all things roots and retro shone through into their covers of Johnny Burnette, Elvis and Johnny Cash tunes as well as the Meteors, Cramps and David Bowie’s “John, I’m Only Dancing”. The band quickly gained popularity for their original Neo-Rockabilly tunes penned by Chris and Steve O’ which consistently charted in the top 10 of local Independent Music Charts of 3D radio and the Annual 100 + 1 Chart for the year.

The band has played at many diverse venues, a regular invitee to The Adelaide Fringe Festival’s “The Kustom Kulture Weekend SA” over the last 9 years playing with the cream of Australian Pyschobilly, Rockabilly and Ska bands in that time. The Saucermen have shared the stage with great Australian acts like the Manic Pistoleros, Porkers, Complete Madness, Flatfoot Shakers, Jonno Zilber, Psycho Delmatics, Ska Vendors, Detonators, Zombie Ghost Train and the Bone Rattlers to name a few.

Devil’s Elbow (written by Chris Hayne) features in several compilation CDs such as Depth Charge, Cooper’s “Live and Local” and Presstone’s “It’s A Gas 2”

Their tunes reflect the main ingredients for any rockabilly outfit – fast cars, hot rods, girls, booze, dancing and just having a good time but it’s the boys love of speedway that keeps them focused and “driven”.

The Chickenstones are a dance inducing Swamp Rock’n’Roll outfit that hails from Sydney, but have had folks stomping from Melbourne to Brisbane and many stops inbetween since 2009, with songs about bathtub gin, broken men and fallen women, leaving town and hoping for redemption.
